History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was a Carpenter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of a Adventurer, who enjoyed hunting, Astaro was taken on many hunting expeditions. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with tan slacks. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
