Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is a Bather first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears baggy brown pantaloons and a violet scarf. Her gray fur is long and unkept. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Leaf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Merihim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

History: He was born in a small mountains village. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
