History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ivellios was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Drifting never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
