History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. This red eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Andram liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
