Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His eyes are gold.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 2'8". She is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and red tie, and her gloved hand is found clutching a sai. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born in the east. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She struck the Carter job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair is short and blonde. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her youth she was a Barkeep, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
