Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. Gilkass enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sybil grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
