History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Thomas was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Modean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Akra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
