History: Vonana was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Lagazi is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lagazi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
