Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ruloth grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
