History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
