History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vepar grew up listening to her mother's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. History: Ogthrak hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Banker.
