History: Faran hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Born in the south to a Animal Trainer, Shump learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.
