Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Vepar lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Glassblower, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
