History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Emeny took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A true patriot, Vrondiss would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Ulla was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it
