Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. A true patriot, Fragrant would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Painter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Millicent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Phann and her spouse have recently divorced.
