Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Melissa was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Melissa decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Sage kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the east to a Scribe, Erky learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Roofer father left him crippled. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
