Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a hunchback. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a Gardener, her father struggled to pay the bills. Nissa was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Apothecary. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: He wears a grey vest and prefers black and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'5" when asserting himself. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
