Description: A middle-aged woman, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head, and is pretty ugly. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'8". He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local tanner

Description: This woman wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is pastel, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears her red fur up. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Shifting was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He keeps his long brown fur kept up in a rat tail. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
