History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Phelaia took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
