Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Balam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Glassblower.
