History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Chassath is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.

Personality: Flak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Flak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
