History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hagren's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hagren grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Avelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
