History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His crest is bronze and curly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
