Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Raer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.
