Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bilga grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
