History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 34. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He carries with him a set of sais on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His gray fur is heavily combed to the left. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Sutha lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
