History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rathkran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Rathkran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shepherd business.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Hunter mother left her crippled. She tends to her Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Mindartis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is typically in her Barber uniform. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Gynnie was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
