History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a jeweler and was forced into it by her family

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Trail was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. After a long history of fighting, Trail and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
