History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She got into the Weaver business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Vapula has worked very hard to control her curse. She now owns her own business.
