History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Joser embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Joser would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Through the years after Joser was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Joser's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gerald took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is a Shepherd first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she would like to get married and retire
