History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Emerald's homeland. Emerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is light but she possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born into a rich family. After coming to the age of reason, Symma took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Seere speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Seere was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barrister. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and she is unsatisfied with her job
