Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Gale enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she typically wears yellow cloth garments or leather armor. Her blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
