History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nyx was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Nyx was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nyx's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nyx and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Weaver profession.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His green crest is matted, messy, and big. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
