Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. Description: He is a husky man, who wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His blonde hair is lengthy. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A true patriot, Kelter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the west to a Brewer, Kelter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.
