Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. She has never given up on her music dream.

She wears a colorful flower in her silver hair. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Ootah was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. She now mingles about in high society.
