History: Flame hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
