History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Althaea was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Althaea's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a suit in poor condition. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born in the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Lidda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
