Description: 5'3" and muscular, this eastern woman is dressed in an above average manner. Her silver hair is thinning but still full. She has blue eyes and a blue hat with a tan feather.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Rezena was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mayor. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
