Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Dariff took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her childhood dream was to be a Shoemaker, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and balancing her hectic life and new ploughman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Slave Trader business.

History: Art lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Dyer who has hired her part-time. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Unemployed; and wants her loneliness to end
