History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vaina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

History: Thokk was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
