History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Suhnae grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
