Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. River was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
