Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barrister business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This woman wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on her torso, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult; and she's looking for her big break

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears blue trousers with brown and violet striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She wears her silver hair down. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: An older woman who wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, she is not a threatening figure. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
