History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Soveliss abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
