Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east to a Bather, Laucian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
