History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Veit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roondar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her copper crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull tan iron scale mail. With wild silver hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she has money and likes to spend it
