Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull red iron scale mail. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is greedy; and wants to work out more often

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 5'11". He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. He wears his orange fur up. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: Standing 5'2", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is baby faced.
Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Spice Merchant business.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Morg grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Morg took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is black and curly. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker red hat.
Personality: Ombul wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born in the west. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult
