Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Gorbundus learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has achieved small success as a Carter.
