Personality: She is a Merchant first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Hunter, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull white iron scale mail. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Banker who has hired her part-time. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Anbera abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants her loneliness to end
