Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Merla was born with her father's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: 5'1" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. She has brown hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want her driven away
